DIY Washi Gift Box

Found the perfect gift? Now you can make the perfect box to go with it! Here's how:

What you will need:

-washi tape or washi adhesive sheets (found mine at Hobby Lobby)

-cardboard boxes 

-scissors

-optional: paper flowers

1. Start off with any size cardboard box. 

2. Choose washi sheets to go with your gift or theme. 

3. Measure the top of the lid and cut a sheet to size. 

4. Adhere the washi sheet to the lid. 

5. Measure the sides of the lid. Cut the sheet into four equal strips. 

6. Now measure the sides of the base of the box.  

7. Cut 4 equal strips to size and adhere to edges. 

Here's the final product! 

Optional:

Using paper flowers that I found at Hobby Lobby you can make the box even prettier. 

Adhere the flowers to the lid.
